For a tenant find only service we charge one month’s rent
For our full managed service, we then charge 8% of each month’s rent that we collect.
We are also able to arrange the following;
- Energy Performance Certificates £95.00
- Gas Safety Certificates £95.00
- Electrical safety reports POA (upon request dependant on the size of the property)
- Professional Cleaning POA (upon request dependant on the size of the property)
